Ultra Filtration 5 stages with Anti Micro biological water system
UF Membrane:Ultra filtration (UF) is a variety of membrane filtration in which forces like pressure or concentration gradients lead to a separation through a semi permeable membrane. Suspended solids and solutes of high molecular weight are retained in the so-called retentate, while water and low molecular weight solutes pass through the membrane in the permeate.
This separation process is used in industry and research for purifying and concentrating macromolecular (103 – 10E1)a) solutions, especially protein solutions. Ultra filtration is not fundamentally different from micro-filtration. Both of these separate based on size exclusion or particle capture. It is fundamentally different from membrane gas separation, which separate based on different amounts of absorption and different rates of diffusion. Ultra filtration membranes are defined by the molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) of the membrane used. Ultra filtration is applied in cross-flow or dead-end mode.
★ (Stage 1) 5 Micron Sediment Filter: With only five micron rating. It is effective in removing dirt, rust and sand particles.
★ (Stage 2) Activated Carbon Filter: 1130 % Coconut shell activated carbon It takes out 99% of the chlorine and organic chemicals. It provides enhanced reduction of taste, odor, and color.
★ (Stage 3) 1 Micron Sediment Filter & Carbon Blocked: With only 1 micron rating, provides effective filtration.

★ (Stage 5) Anti-Microbiological: Kills bacteria & virus. Using Anti-Microbiological Filter is an efficient and rapid method of water disinfection without the use of heat or dangerous chemicals. It utilizes germicidal Anti-Microbiological Filter disable bacteria quickly and reliably, viruses and other micro-organisms present in water
